If you are visiting Montana for the first time, or if you have lived here for years, your fishing action can benefit from hiring a guide. Fishing guides not only help you find the most unique and picture-worthy adventures, but it is also our job to have local knowledge about how to ‘match the hatch’ so you are fishing with the right flies and fishing where the fish are.
1/2 Day trips are $450 for 2 anglers
Full-Day flathead trips are $550 for 2 anglers
Full-Day Clark Fork and Blackfoot Trips are $575
All equipment is included on trips, flies, rods, etc… All my guides are very patient proficient teachers so new anglers are not a problem. We take beginners all the time. All my guides are very patient and supportive. None of my guides are going to have bad attitudes or be grumpy with clients. We are all about having a good time on the water. Lunches on full days are typically riverside on the boat or with tables and chairs. Lunches are high quality and good.
Cancellation Policy: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to hold the reservation. Deposits for canceled guide trips will be refunded minus a $25 fee with a 30 day or more notice. Cancelations within 30 days will forfeit all deposit monies. Monies will be held on an account for you to use at a later date of your choosing. If a trip is canceled by the client with less than 72 hours notice, the full price of the guided trip will be charged. No-shows will result in full payment of trips. Our guided trips go out in all safe weather and water conditions, therefore inclement weather, water levels or undesirable fishing conditions are not acceptable reasons to cancel or receive a refund. Trips canceled by the guide or mutual guide/client decision due to unsafe weather or water conditions, closures, or other uncontrollable circumstances will have the entire deposit refunded.
We understand that unexpected situations occur that can lead to trip cancellations. We reserve the right to evaluate the circumstances and make refund decisions on a case by case basis.
